Dana has been a pioneering force in digital media since 1994 when she co-founded Clockwork, a Stockholm-based multimedia agency known for creating the first interactive online platforms. In 1996, she co-founded Yahoo! Europe, where she played a crucial role in building the production team and launching 40 online services across Europe. Dana’s leadership in diversifying revenue streams and implementing premium D2C services set the foundation for Yahoo’s success in the European market.
In 2002, Dana transitioned to television, managing major projects like the launch and rebranding of Sky Italia, MBC, and ITV, where she specialized in on-air audience retention. Her innovative work in television earned her the World Gold Promax award in 2005.
Later, Dana founded LostRecords, a music company that produced and managed global tours for renowned artists like Chris Stills, Youssou NDour, and Louis Bertignac. By leveraging consumer database strategies, she significantly increased ticket and merchandising sales, surpassing institutional players.
Today, Dana is the Founder & CEO of FanFactory Ltd, a tech agency specializing in consumer lead generation and intelligence. FanFactory helps various industries—including media, sports, retail, and luxury brands—find and engage future audiences, driving sales through higher engagement rates. The company was named one of the top 100 tech companies in the UK in 2013, earning the Tech 100 Insider award.
