Clarita de Quiroz stands at the vibrant intersection of music, modeling, and entrepreneurship, embodying creativity and ambition. Her journey is a rich tapestry woven from diverse experiences and passions, demonstrating how to balance multiple pursuits while carving out a unique path in each field.
With her recent endeavor, Villa Nirvana, a boutique hotel in Thailand, she exemplifies how passion can lead to diverse and fulfilling careers. “Creating this space has been incredibly fulfilling,” she said, adding, “I envision it as a retreat where people can escape, unwind, and find inspiration.”
In addition to her hotel venture, Clarita has also announced the release of her debut classical album, A New Key. This deeply personal project marks a significant shift in her musical journey, blending traditional and modern sounds while reimagining timeless compositions. She said, “This album is a step into a completely new style and format for me. While it stays rooted in classical music, each song is reworked and reimagined in a way that feels fresh and unique.”
Among the standout tracks on A New Key are three pieces that exemplify Clarita’s transformation as an artist. The first, “New Recipe of Moonlight,” is a reimagined version of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, infused with her personal emotions and intensity. Clarita describes it as a deeply personal conversation with Beethoven’s work, saying, “I’ve infused it with my own drama and intensity.” The second track, “Stellaturca,” is an innovative fusion that combines Mozart’s Alla Turca with Hans Zimmer’s Docking Scene from Interstellar, blending classical playfulness with cinematic intensity. Lastly, “Wounds and Wings” is an original composition that reflects a journey from pain to hope, showcasing Clarita’s remarkable ability to transform deep emotions into melody.
“A New Key” serves as a reflection of Clarita’s personal evolution. “This album reveals parts of me that I haven’t expressed publicly, capturing moments of vulnerability, growth, and discovery,” she added. It symbolizes a new chapter, inviting listeners to explore her musical and personal journey in a way that hasn’t been shared before.
Born into a family that appreciated the arts, Clarita’s journey in music began at an early age. She recalls, “I would spend hours singing along to my favorite artists, dreaming of the day I would share my voice with the world.” This passion propelled her into the music industry, where she carved out a unique niche, blending genres to create a sound that resonates with many.
Her transition into modeling was organic, stemming from her love for fashion and self-expression. “Modeling allowed me to showcase my creativity in a different light,” she added saying, “Each photoshoot felt like telling a story, much like my songs.” Yet, the journey was not without its challenges. Balancing the demands of both careers required tenacity and resilience. “There were times I felt overwhelmed,” she admits. “But I learned to lean into my passions, finding strength in my ability to adapt.”
Balancing her multifaceted career has taught Clarita invaluable lessons in time management and prioritization. “It’s all about finding harmony in the chaos. I’ve learned to set boundaries and carve out time for each passion. It’s a constant balancing act, but it’s worth it.”
Looking ahead, Clarita is committed to continuing her artistic journey while expanding her entrepreneurial endeavors. “I want to inspire others to pursue their dreams, no matter how unconventional they may seem. Life is too short to limit ourselves. I believe in creating a life where all our passions can coexist,” she said.
Her story serves as an inspiring reminder that pursuing our passions can lead to a fulfilling and balanced life. She invites others to embark on this incredible journey of self-discovery and creativity alongside her.
