Dr. Dalya Al Muthanna is the Managing Director & CEO of Alstom Gulf, with a distinguished career in driving strategic business growth across multiple industries. Prior to this role, she served as President at GE in the UAE and Global Chief of Strategy & Operations for GE International Markets. In these capacities, Dalya was instrumental in shaping GE’s strategy across key sectors, including Energy, Aviation, and Healthcare, while enhancing operational efficiency and market performance in complex and emerging markets.
Dalya’s career at GE began in 2008 as part of the company’s prestigious Commercial Leadership Program, where she quickly advanced to leadership roles in strategy, marketing, and business development for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. With a strong focus on diversity, leadership development, and technological innovation, Dalya has championed the growth of local talent and the implementation of cutting-edge solutions in the region.
Holding a Ph.D. from Imperial College London in business model innovation and an MBA from the American University in Dubai, Dr. Al Muthanna’s expertise continues to drive Alstom Gulf’s success and the broader industrial landscape in the Gulf region.
