H.E. Dalia Khorshid is a prominent leader in the MENA financial landscape, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Beltone Financial Holding (BTFH.CA), a leading investment bank in the region. With over 25 years of global experience in banking and finance, Khorshid has played a critical role in advising on high-profile transactions, including private placements, M&A deals, and investment strategies across the MENA region.
Her career spans both the private and public sectors, showcasing a diverse leadership trajectory. Before her current role, Khorshid founded and chaired MASAR Financial Advisory and Eagle Capital for Financial Investment, where she managed over 50 strategic investments and transactions worth approximately USD 44 billion. Her expertise in fundraising, corporate finance, and project finance has been pivotal in shaping some of the region’s most significant deals.
Khorshid’s public sector influence includes her tenure as Egypt’s Minister of Investment, where she led the development of the country’s investment law and spearheaded Egypt’s IPO program. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and Group Treasurer at Orascom Construction Limited and as Head of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance at OCI NV, overseeing multi-billion-dollar fundraising initiatives.
Her earlier career included serving as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at Citibank for the MENA region, where she successfully completed numerous high-value deals. Khorshid began her corporate career at Commercial International Bank (CIB).
