She chairs the Board of Governors at Dubai Carmel School, guiding the institution to “good” ratings among Dubai’s private schools. Additionally, she serves as a professional development consultant, dedicating over 1,000 hours to training government employees across the UAE in the past two years, making a tangible impact in government sectors.
