Lyda’s Unexpected Journey In to The Beauty Industry

Previously working in logistics in LA, Lyda originally moved into the beauty industry by chance after struggling to perfect a cat-eye makeup look. In 2017, frustrated by this challenge, she had a eureka moment that birthed her first product the viral and patented Cleopatra Cat Eye Stamp. This innovative product was the first step in building her beauty empire. Following the success of the Cleopatra Cat Eye Stamp and seeing a gap in the market for brands that deliver authentically Lyda soon went on to expanded her Lyda Beauty cosmetics line to skincare, SKN by Lyda Beauty.

I am confident that Lyda Beauty will find a genuine home in this region,” she explains. Having lived in various cities and ultimately settling in Dubai, Lyda considers herself a global citizen. Her products reflect her diverse background and extensive worldly experiences.
