Lesia S, is a life coach, global speaker, and founder of the LES Manifestation Academy, where she teaches emotional intelligence to over 300 students worldwide. With a mission to help high-achievers create the life they desire, Lesia uses her unique “Exchange method of manifestation” to guide her students in attracting their dream careers, relationships, and lifestyles.
As a speaker at the Global Youth Conference 2023, Lesia shares her inspiring story and practical techniques to empower young people to overcome feelings of being behind in life and manifest their desires. In this interview, Lesia discusses her journey to becoming a life coach, and how she supports her diverse students in achieving greater fulfillment.
Through experiences, Lesia realized the power of inner transformation in achieving external success. As we started our conversation Lesia opened up about her journey that led her to become a life coach, “At the age of 19, I found myself feeling lost and behind after a heartbreak. I knew I wanted to change my life, so I made a bold choice to chase my dreams. I committed to waking up at 4 am, reading one book a week, and radically changing my mindset, habits, and beliefs.
Just a year later, I manifested meeting my dream husband, moved from a small town in Russia to Dubai, healed my skin allergies, and founded the LES Manifestation Academy. My mission is to guide people to manifest their wildest dreams in less than a year, using the Exchange method of manifestation that helped me attract my dream career, marriage, and lifestyle so quickly.” She spoke with enthusiasm.
Lesia mentored over 300+ students worldwide. Coaching on such a global scale gave her immense inspiration and she shared about the unique challenges and opportunities that arise from working with diverse individuals from various backgrounds and cultures, “My decision to pursue coaching on a global scale was driven by a desire to show as many people as possible a unique simple method of manifesting their dreams. By offering coaching services and courses online, I can connect with individuals who feel burnt out and behind, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive.
One of the challenges is navigating cultural differences, which requires sensitivity and adaptability on my part as a coach. However, these challenges are outweighed by the opportunities to learn from different perspectives and experiences, which enriches my coaching practice and enables me to better serve my clients.” She added with pride.
We asked Lesia about common misconceptions related to manifestation, and how she dispels them through her teachings and coaching sessions, she answered, “One common misconception about manifestation is that it is a difficult and long process. In reality, manifestation can happen in less than 24 hours if you use the Exchange method that involves making a promise to yourself, breaking a bad habit, and setting a clear intention.
Another misconception is that manifestation is a purely esoteric practice. While in reality, what lies in the foundation of manifestation is emotional intelligence and brain training, and it rapidly speeds up the process of achieving our deepest desires and brings us feelings of joy, fulfillment, and purpose in everyday life. In my teachings and coaching sessions, I emphasize the importance of inner work and mindset shifts in the manifestation process. By addressing limiting beliefs and learning how to manage stress, my students can manifest their goals with greater ease and confidence.” She confirmed her views.
Lesia works with ambitious high-achievers and shared her learnings, “High-achievers often face obstacles such as feeling behind, not balanced, and burnt out. I support them in overcoming these challenges by teaching them secrets of time management, life balance, and boundary setting.”
Lesia also helps her clients identify and overcome mindset blocks that may be holding them back from reaching their full potential by reframing negative thoughts.
