Mirna curates different fitness plans for different situations, such as office settings or remote work options, “When it comes to corporate wellbeing, we try to accommodate individuals in different work environments, tailoring fitness and wellness plans with a focus on flexibility and accessibility. In office settings, we design short, desk-based stretches, alongside mindfulness sessions to support mental well-being. For remote workers, we emphasize the importance of creating a dedicated physical space for work and integrating movement breaks throughout the day to enhance focus and reduce stress. We also provide access to online resources and virtual classes to ensure a supportive community and encourage healthy lifestyle choices, regardless of location. Success stories are always encouraging. “One of my dearest people I work with was initially focusing on weight training, aiming to lose some belly weight and get rid of bloating. However, she also dealt with shoulder and neck pain, varying blood pressure, and the usual stress. After discussions to pinpoint her goals, we diversified her routine.
