Previously, Saima co-founded Step Up Dubai, a semi-government social club focused on empowering the youth of Dubai. Under her leadership, the initiative successfully onboarded over 4,000 youth members and built strategic partnerships with more than 30 schools and 10 corporations, providing sustainable volunteer opportunities and promoting social impact within the community.
Her commitment to global humanitarian work has led Saima to serve as a United Nations Youth Delegate and Global Poverty Ambassador, where she dedicated over 10,000 hours of volunteer service in countries like India, Turkey, and Africa.
