Dr. Randa Diab-Bahman, SFHEA, is a Lecturer of Management at KCST and an active member of the Curriculum Development & Research Committees. She holds a DBA and a PhD in CSR & Reputation from the University of Reading, with research focused on applied psychology in the workplace, social policy issues, and social responsibility.
An author of two books, Dr. Diab-Bahman explores the impact of ethnicity and culture on business interactions. She also contributes weekly to AlQabas newspaper in Kuwait, where she advocates for change towards sustainable economic development.
In recognition of her efforts during the COVID-19 crisis, Dr. Randa Diab-Bahman was awarded the prestigious ‘Pandemic Hero’ award in February 2021 by the British Council and the Amiri Diwan for her academic and social contributions.
