“I am a very demanding person, detail-oriented, and I always expect the best when I pay for a service. After spending a few years in Dubai, I realized how busy the schedules of high-net-worth individuals and business people can be. They often have to travel for work or to buy properties in Dubai, and in the meantime, there are many services to manage. Unfortunately, it is very difficult for a personal assistant to arrange all of these by themselves, especially in a city they are not based in. Therefore, I wanted to create a service where clients can trust us completely, allowing them to focus on their own business. This is how I reached the point of creating a proper lifestyle management consultancy. In 2013, I started in nightlife, booking tables at the best restaurants and clubs, and building relationships with clients. Eventually, I transitioned into the yacht business, where I’ve been for over eight years. From there, I began creating experiences, organizing birthdays and special occasions, and eventually managing large corporate events for my clients’ companies.” She described with visible enthusiasm.

“We have had the pleasure of fulfilling some truly extraordinary requests for our clients. One of my favourites was securing one of the biggest rentals in the UAE, a villa for 2 million AED per month for a well-known family, during the COVID-19 lockdown. Holiday homes became a lifeline. Families and friends needed private, safe spaces to reconnect. This experience gave me a vision, and I am proud to say I am the first to book the best villas for short-term rentals in Palm Jumeirah with the highest rents.” She blushed with pride.

Scaling our operations while maintaining consistency presented its own set of challenges. Economic uncertainties and crises tested our resilience, but we navigated through with agile strategies and financial prudence. Before wrapping up this insightful conversation we asked Patricia what advice she would like to give to aspiring entrepreneurs, especially women looking to make their mark in the luxury lifestyle and concierge industry, she added,
“I advise aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly women, to believe in themselves, approach their entrepreneurial journey with passion, embrace their unique perspectives, and surround yourselves with a strong support network. I suggest believing in your abilities and vision, embracing your unique experiences, and continuously learning and adapting to industry trends and technological advancements.
