In a resounding testament to the commitment towards empowering women in the energy sector, the 16th forum of the UAE-Japan Friendship Committee for Women Career Development was recently convened in Abu Dhabi. The forum, held under the esteemed patronage of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, aimed to provide a platform for advancing women’s roles in the energy industry. Dr. Maitha Salem Al-Shamsi, the UAE’s Minister of State, along with senior leaders from Abu Dhabi National Oil Co.
