Dealing with challenges like body weight and PCOS at a young age was tough especially when I was a dedicated sportsperson at school, which made me even more curious to understand the root cause of my problems. On top of that, I had an early marriage and had to navigate through its responsibilities and unfamiliarity. With everything happening at once, I turned to nutrition as my go-to science for healing and self-care.”

However, it was these very challenges that fuelled her curiosity and ignited her passion for understanding the intricacies of nutrition and its impact on overall well-being. She continued, “But the real turning point came when I faced severe challenges during my pregnancy. It was a wake-up call for me to realize how much our lifestyle choices can impact our well-being, and that what works for one person may not work for another. After a year of struggle, I finally gave birth to healthy twin boys. The amount of learning I gained throughout this process is truly invaluable. That’s when I decided to share my knowledge and help others on their journey towards a healthy, holistic lifestyle. And that’s how my company, Nutrition by Nicole, came to be. It’s been an incredible experience, and I’m so grateful to be able to make a positive impact on others’ lives.”
