In my journey as an entrepreneur I have been fortunate to be inspired by top coach leaders who have guided me towards living a life aligned with my passions and becoming the best version of myself. Influential places such as Kinshasa, Paris, Geneve and the UAE where there is a rich cultural environment for global creativity and hubs for genius and curious solution driven people focus on innovation for a better future for all. Meeting new people from all over the world and share insights is priceless
Amidst the discussions surrounding the metaverse and the exciting opportunities it presents in the AI , I felt a strong desire to contribute to the digital economy and empower people’s lives both digitally and materially. The energy of creation and business continues to fuel my passion, and I am dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs through the transition of the digital transformation.
To put it simply, the AI market is projected to reach a staggering $77.7 billion by 2030, highlighting the immense potential for growth and innovation in this field. Furthermore, the global metaverse market is forecasted to reach an impressive $2,054.23 billion by 2032, emphasizing the significant role it will play in shaping the future of our digital landscape.
As an entrepreneur, I am excited to be a part of this dynamic and evolving landscape, and I am committed to harnessing the power of AI and the metaverse to create a positive impact on society.

In addition to our commitment to excellence, we believe in giving back and making a positive impact sustainable economy and sustainable change . After 2020 all conversation was about the collaboration between the private and public sector and civil society so according to that we created Sillage Association and now with hybridmetaverse x 30% of our benefits are dedicated to charitable causes with life of purpose unity, specifically in the areas of humanitarian charity to empower digital education in developing countries. We also strive to unite our team and clients in a shared purpose, so we created life of purpose unity.
As a woman finding the right partners was crucial for the success of my business vision which is combining business and serve the community. Building together Sillage Association Switzerland and DRC an official partner agency of the Global Union and its permanent mission was the best school.
My message is still the same we are in 2024 the sustainable change will come from a multililateral sectors approach with a special empowerment to the women.
The more entrepreneur will focus on the humanity benefit the more benefit they will receive by working on the balance of the technology implementation in the less fortunate areas improving the sense of sharing pragmatical knowledge and skills to the people.
On the business side I am still working on building a strong network which is taking time and effort, but i am very lucky to meet exceptional leaders and entrepreneur like Servais Locko and Bonheur Baloula, holdings founders as Yannick Nzonde foundator of Mulundu Investment, Waliou Ainin from Assana Group, as inspiration.
Additionally, as an entrepreneur, I am facing the challenge of wearing multiple hats. Running a business often means taking on various roles and responsibilities, from marketing and sales to operations and customer service. Balancing these different areas of my business is demanding and requires effective time management and prioritization.
Maintaining work-life balance is challenging especially as a mother balancing both my business and family responsibilities. It’s important to prioritize self-care, set boundaries, and seek maintain overall well-being.
Overall, entrepreneurship is a rewarding but challenging journey. The mindset has to stay beyond regardless circumstances.
Clearly define your short-term and long-term goals for your business. Having specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (genius) goals.
Capturing inspirational images in my mind
Prayer & time for meditation traveling to change the temporality of the environment and connect with other cultures and fasting at some period of time.
Create a routine: Establish a daily or weekly routine that includes wake up at 5 in the morning dedicated time for different activities such as planning, marketing, set up client strategy, and administrative tasks dedicate time in my agenda for Sillage Association, attend to the UA, UN and UNESCO, Waterfalls UAE conferences, answer to the communities on public plateform and giving back as a contributor is very important to me.
As a general advice of life I will clearly say that surround yourself with positive loyal influences is the best gift. Be supportive and solution oriented person.

Setbacks have taught me to analyze failures objectively, identify the root causes, and learn from my mistakes.
My journey has taught me the importance of perseverance and not giving up.
