With her tenacious spirit and a vision for excellence, she has grown her ventures into influential players in their respective industries. Eva shares her remarkable journey, strategies for overcoming challenges, and the motivations behind her varied entrepreneurial pursuits in this exclusive interview.
A Journey of Resilience and Ambition
Eva begins by sharing her background and the start of her journey into the business world.
“Born in Lithuania to German/Lithuanian parents, moved to Ireland at the age of 10. From an early age, I have demonstrated an extraordinary drive and ambition that set the stage for remarkable achievements and successes. I was always a high achiever, I have always had commitment to success, transforming ideas into reality with vision, determination, and innovative thinking. From an early age I’ve been on a constant journey of self-development and learning. The very first challenge I encountered was moving to Ireland where I had to adapt to a completely different lifestyle, language, make new friends. However, I knew my parents have made that decision to give me a better future. Regardless of the conditions at the time, I knew deep down that I can still achieve everything I desired, no matter how tough it may be. Growing up in Ireland, has thought me how to stand up for myself and fight for what I want in life, if I am focused ambitious and determined.” She paused, as if replaying the memories in her mind and continued.
Since I was a teenager I had this entrepreneurial spirit and wanted to create things “I launched my first small business at the age of 14 from my parents’ home.. I studied bachelor’s in international business in Dublin, as well as graduated with diplomas in Skincare and Beauty, which has led me to work for various Global magazines, Television, and Artists. I’ve always seen the beauty as my hobby, which has led me to multiple global and national awards, however I knew it was temporary and that there is much more to me.
A Natural Transition to Real Estate
For Eva, the decision to pivot from the beauty industry to real estate was both challenging and natural.
“5 years ago, I have decided to move to Dubai. Where I switched completely in to Real Estate. Transitioning from the beauty industry to real estate in Dubai was a formidable challenge, but for me, it was a natural progression. Having achieved multiple award wins in Ireland’s beauty industry, I felt the time was right to pivot to a new venture .This complete change in the field didn’t just come out of nowhere. My family was as always involved in the real estate and construction business, therefore I always had some insights in to it. Throughout the first few years, I tried to gain as much knowledge and information about the market in Dubai, as it is completely different from Europe. I had to learn every detail and aspect of the real estate industry here.I am a believer that in order to achieve success you must become a master at the industry you are in.
Relocating to Dubai presented its own set of challenges, but with the guidance of the incredible mentors who recognized and trusted my abilities, the transition was a testament to my resilience and determination to succeed. These mentors, highly skilled and knowledgeable, played a crucial role in my career development, providing insights and support which was necessary in the journey ahead. This has led me to creating The Exclusive Investments and Developments.” She added with a smile.
The Exclusive Investment, is a real estate investment company specializing in global investment fund deployment in developments as well as an exclusive crowdfunding and global property search marketplace. This innovative approach to real estate investment opened new avenues for investors, connecting global buyers, sellers, agents and agencies.
While The Exclusive Developments was founded to fill in the gap in the market. Which is quality. Our focus is high quality construction, finishes and remarkable architecture. Our aim is to make sure that our properties appreciate in value in a long run and create a difference in the market and set the new standards for luxury” .
She reflects on how her journey began, highlighting the ambition that fuelled her from an early age and the story behind her ventures. Her path was marked by hard work, strategic vision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Not limited to real estate, entrepreneurial spirit extends to technology and fashion.

Navigating Challenges in a Competitive Market
Eva’s entry into Dubai’s real estate market was not without hurdles. “The competition is fierce. There are constantly new developers and developments entering the market. There is always something innovative and new. Therefore, it is crucial to keep up with the market updates, launches. See what’s coming up, understand the market demand and strategize accordingly. As The Exclusive Investment and Developments, it was crucial for us to differentiate ourselves, to not just be ‘another development company,’ but one known for unique, quality residences.” She admits.
She speaks passionately about overcoming these challenges. “We had to establish trusted partnerships with our clients and deliver on our promises. It wasn’t easy, but our clients’ trust and their repeated business showed us we were on the right path.”
Innovating with Smart Homes
Eva’s ventures are not confined to real estate alone. Her interest in technology led her to establish ‘The Home Intelligence,’ a smart home automation company. “That happened organically. We were always focused on technology and innovation in our development projects. To achieve the best quality, we realized we needed to develop our own solutions. That’s how ‘The Home Intelligence’ was born.” She explains.
She elaborates on the evolution of her smart home venture: “Our goal was to integrate advanced technology, like artificial intelligence, into modern living spaces to enhance comfort, security, and energy efficiency. The market today demands ease of living, and our systems are designed to deliver that — from automated parking to adjusting the room temperature before you even step inside.”
Her eyes light up when she talks about the growth of ‘The Home Intelligence’: “We started in the Middle East, and now we’ve expanded into Europe and the U.S. It’s been an incredible journey, and it’s all driven by customer satisfaction. We listen to what our clients want, look at what’s missing in the market, and innovate accordingly.”
The Passion Behind VAMI Clothing
But Eva’s ambitions don’t stop at real estate and smart homes. She also founded a clothing brand, VAMI, focused on inspiring and empowering women. “The clothing line is my hidden passion. I’ve always wanted to create a clothing line, which is elegant and classy. This was born from the fact that I couldn’t find the clothes that would suit my lifestyle. VAMI is about quality, elegance and empowerement. It’s for women who, like me, who have busy lifestyles, yet want to look the best they possibly can .” She admits with a grin.
Balancing her time between multiple ventures is not easy, but Eva is driven by a strong sense of purpose. “I had to learn how to manage my time smartly. I’m extremely ambitious, full of ideas, and passionate about making a positive impact in different industries. If I set a goal, I go all the way to achieve it. It is not easy to manage the time between different businesses, however when you are truly passionate about what you are doing and the positive difference that you are making, when you hear that positive feedback from your clients, when you receive that recognition. You understand of the important role you have and you find the time needed to progress further. She says.
On Leadership and Overcoming Challenges
As a leader, Eva’s philosophy is clear: “Success to me means being satisfied with your achievements while always striving for more. In order to become a great leader you have to constantly learn and evolve as an individual. Leadership for me is supporting your team and being part of it. it’s about listening, and guiding them to become leaders themselves.” She states.
Eva is candid about the obstacles she has faced as a young woman in business. “One of the biggest challenges was being underestimated as a woman in the field where it is 90% dominated by men . It took years to prove that women can be powerful and impactful leaders, capable of achieving great things, regardless of the industry they are in,” she recalls. “ As a business owner you face certain challenges, however, my focus is on solutions rather than problems. I’m not afraid to admit mistakes and find ways to fix them. That proactive approach has helped me navigate through many tough situations.”
Drawing Inspiration and Looking Ahead
When asked about her inspirations, Eva mentions several mentors who played pivotal roles in her journey. “I’ve been lucky to have incredible mentors who saw my potential and treated me like family. Their guidance and belief in me were extremely important.. And of course, my parents — they made many sacrifices to give me a better future. I strive every day to make them proud and give back to them.” She reflects.
Looking ahead, Eva is excited about the future. “There’s so much more I want to achieve. I want to continue pushing boundaries, innovating, and inspiring others to pursue their dreams. The world is full of possibilities, and I believe nothing is impossible if you set your mind to it.” She says with determination.
As our conversation draws to a close, Eva’s vision for the future is clear. “I want to be a leader who inspires others,” she says. “I want to create spaces — whether in real estate, technology, or fashion — where people feel empowered, where they can grow, thrive, and contribute positively to the world.”
