With two higher degrees—one in law and another in PR and advertising—Lana initially pursued a legal career, driven by a desire to fulfill her mother’s dream. At 18, she worked in court, aspiring to become a judge. However, over time, disillusionment with the legal system led her to pivot toward media. In 2009, she launched her own TV show, Fashion Cocktail, dedicated to fashion and art. As the show flourished, interviewing pop stars, designers, and artists, it organically evolved into organizing fashion events and parties. This marked the beginning of her journey into the global fashion industry.
In 2013, she founded *Crimean Fashion Week, and the following year, she established the World Fashion Union, an international organization dedicated to supporting designers on a global scale. Over the years, her work expanded into collaborations with Rome, Milan, and Paris Fashion Weeks. Recognizing Dubai’s emergence as a fashion hub, Lana co-founded World Fashion Week Dubai in 2022, creating a prestigious platform for international designers and brands.
