Her fruitful career journey in the Middle East began in Dubai when she joined, moved and had started to work in Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority joining McDermott International the most dreamt Oil and Gas Company to work with. Then she was pirated to join Abbott, a renowned American multinational pharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare company. Where her career and versatility of know-how have been tested. From Executive Admin and Marketing pivoted to Human Resources, whilst juggling a role in Regional Financial Planning and Analysis. Owen quickly established herself as a dynamic force. During her tenure in Abbott, she had the privilege of being mentored by the late Francois Viljoen, a former HR Director, who became her inspiration. This mentorship set her on a path of excellence and dedication in HR Management that she continues to exemplify.

Owen’s journey of accomplishment also led her to International SOS, a medievac, an Air Ambulance & Medical Services company, where she served as the HR and Administration Manager, built the entire core from scratch till expansion and stayed for more than 7 years. Following this, she assumed the role of HR Organizational Development Head at SDV – Bolloré Logistics in Dubai, an Emirates Group, an armed aerospace logistics for Airbus, showcasing her prowess in steering organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.
