A prominent figure with over 15 years in the marketing field, Sara’s career began with Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI), where she led groundbreaking campaigns that reshaped the UAE’s media landscape. She spoke about her time at DMI with pride, saying, “One campaign close to my heart was rebranding the Dubai One TV channel, building a connection with audiences through the iconic red apostrophe. This campaign became a landmark moment, helping to cement Dubai One’s position as a regional powerhouse in entertainment.”
As an expert in branding and communications, Sara’s experience extends beyond media and into her role as a speaker. With certifications in marketing, project management, and years of experience building brands, she has delivered numerous talks on guiding entrepreneurs, creating lasting brands, and telling engaging stories. “Marketing is about more than just selling a product—it’s about creating a story that resonates with people,” she shared. In 2020, Sara ventured into the entrepreneurial world by founding ‘By Mosaic’, a first-of-its-kind mobile gift-wrapping service in the region. She shared her motivation: “My marketing background and experience as a motivational speaker in branding inspired me to pursue something more personal and meaningful.” She launched By Mosaic with the vision of filling a unique gap in the UAE’s gifting market. “One of my proudest achievements has been launching the region’s first mobile gift-wrapping service by bringing the brand’s luxury and convenience directly to clients.”
Sara’s strategy for By Mosaic is deeply informed by her experience in storytelling. “Understanding the importance of communication, I ensure that every aspect of our marketing is tailored to connect with the emotions and values of our clients. By focusing on personalization, cultural sensitivity, and creating memorable experiences, my approach has transformed By Mosaic into a brand that resonates deeply with a diverse, multicultural clientele.”
“Introducing a new concept to the UAE market came with its own set of challenges,” Sara recalled. “Educating customers and guiding them through the process was a hurdle at first. But through targeted marketing and referrals, By Mosaic quickly built a reputation as a trusted provider for both personal and corporate events. Personalization is everything in gifting—I believe it’s essential for creating meaningful connections with our clients.”
Looking to the future, Sara is driven by her ambition to expand By Mosaic’s services throughout the GCC. “Our aim is to expand and cement our services into corporate gifting, events, experiences, and weddings,” she shared, hinting at her determination to establish By Mosaic as a leader in the regional market.
Additionally, she is preparing to make a broader contribution to the marketing field with an upcoming book project targeting a major gap in the GCC market, a reflection of her enduring impact and forward-thinking vision.
