Chada embarked on a journey of acquiring academic and professional certificates from esteemed institutions such as Stanford University, MIT, Indiana University, University of Nevada Reno, The American University of Beirut, and Duke University. These diverse educational endeavors equipped her not only with technical expertise but also with a strong foundation in leadership, technology, business acumen, community development, and diversity & inclusion.

Her professional trajectory seamlessly weaves together her passion for technology, energy, and empowering others. With a decade-long stint in energy multinational companies and over five years of hands-on startup involvement, Chada exhibits an uncanny ability to navigate intricate industries. She has also led the Baker Hughes Corporate Women Network for the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey & India, and managed to get awarded in two prominent industry conferences, EGYPS and ADIPEC, leading to the name Baker Hughes Company in the Middle East as a Distinguished Employer of The Year for Diversity & Inclusion. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she founded and now leads the ENTROGX Startup Incubator in UAE & Algeria, exemplifying her commitment to nurturing fledgling enterprises. In the vibrant ENTROGX Startup Incubator, she is working with startups and businesses on exciting digital transformation opportunities, where Chada’s accolades include US Embassy grants and BBC recognition. Chada’s dedication to fostering growth, and nurturing her own Leadership skills, finds expression in her participation in leadership programs like GE’s Digital Technology Leadership Program and Baker Hughes’ CULTIVATE Female Business Leaders Program, as well as The Baker Hughes Horizontal Senior Leadership Program.

BBC recognized her among the 100 Arab Female Heroes in Volunteering, while her status as a Distinguished Alumni of the Year by MEPI speaks volumes of her impact. She ardently advocates for women’s progress in STEM and guides young tech enthusiasts across the Arab world. She recently was invited to participate in the G20 ThinkTank Summit as an AI & Tech SME. She has also been an advisor and a tech competitions Judge for UAE’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Economy, regarding startups and the Tech scene in UAE.  

Chada’s commitment to empowerment is exemplified through her multifaceted engagements. Additionally, Chada co-steers LeanIn Dubai Women in Tech and holds affiliation with the Women in Product Global Society. Since 2018, she has been a Stanford University Ambassador for Women in Data Science to UAE, fostering platforms for women’s advancement.

Chada’s impact ripples further as a board member for Arab Women in Computing in the region. Notably, she also contributes as a board member for the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), where she co-leads the Diversity & Energy committee for the Northern Emirates Section, while concurrently spearheading the Youth Committee for the Algeria Section. In this array of roles, Chada fortifies diversity and empowerment within various domains.
