With a decade-long stint in energy multinational companies and over five years of hands-on startup involvement, Chada exhibits an uncanny ability to navigate intricate industries. She has also led the Baker Hughes Corporate Women Network for the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey & India, and managed to get awarded in two prominent industry conferences, EGYPS and ADIPEC, leading to the name Baker Hughes Company in the Middle East as a Distinguished Employer of The Year for Diversity & Inclusion. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she founded and now leads the ENTROGX Startup Incubator in UAE & Algeria, exemplifying her commitment to nurturing fledgling enterprises.
