She started her career with an outsourcing company and then launched a content-generating business in Pakistan, which led to her investment in Ajman in a technology business after a year. She has also headed the business networking community during her career apart from leading the way into media and content creation realms.

Currently, she is the CEO of Impact Events & Media and Nousheen Marketing Management based in Dubai. She is also heading Impact Executive Leadership Program, under which several leadership awards ceremonies have been organized ever since 2021, to recognize and endorse industry leaders from the world over.

With over a decade in business, Nousheen has succeeded in making her mark by connecting dots among several countries for strategic economic ties. She worked during 2021 and 2022 to launch the Dubai Latin America business centre, under which five different countries are paving their economic pathway towards the Middle East. She has also been welcoming female business delegates from Tanzania to Dubai to facilitate business relationships among entrepreneurs from both countries. She believes in leading by example and her career has been a journey of profound learning. The journey underscored the imperative for businesses to remain agile and resilient, poised to embrace change and surmount challenges.

As a content writer, columnist, branding consultant, PR strategist, public speaker, business mentor, and mother, Nousheen embodies a spectrum of roles that collectively contribute to her unwavering commitment to empowerment. She states, “No one should be content with living a single version of them. It would be so unjust to rob yourself of life’s opportunities if you accept the limits. Best wear many hats and choose the best colours for each one.”

Her social projects related to women’s empowerment have been able to make waves globally as this year women leader delegates from twenty-one different countries assembled to celebrate woman empowerment in Dubai under her umbrella. As she collaborates with entrepreneurs, her focus lies on unravelling their strengths, aiding them in achieving their goals and unearthing the profound purpose that fuels their aspirations.
