Womenpreneur Child Safety Standards

Womenpreneur is operated by Firstread Media LLC and is published under the Womenpreneur Middle East brand.

Womenpreneur is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional platform for entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals, and community members.

Womenpreneur explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, child trafficking, or any activity that exploits, abuses, harms, or endangers children.

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Womenpreneur app and related services operated by Firstread Media LLC under the Womenpreneur Middle East brand.

Our Commitment

Womenpreneur Middle East and Firstread Media LLC are committed to:

  • Protecting children from sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, and other harmful activities.
  • Prohibiting the creation, upload, sharing, requesting, promotion, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Taking appropriate and timely action when we become aware of CSAE or CSAM.
  • Providing mechanisms for users to report child-safety concerns.
  • Cooperating with law enforcement, child-protection authorities, and other relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate.
  • Complying with applicable child-safety, child-protection, and online safety laws and regulations.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Womenpreneur:

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Creating, uploading, requesting, sharing, storing, promoting, or distributing sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
  • Grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate or sexual relationships with minors.
  • Sexualization of minors.
  • Solicitation of sexual content, images, or communications involving minors.
  • Sextortion or threats involving sexual content of a minor.
  • Human trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation involving minors.
  • Any attempt to use Womenpreneur to facilitate abuse, exploitation, or harm to children.
  • Any other content or behavior that violates applicable child-protection laws.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or other child-safety concerns through the in-app reporting mechanism available within Womenpreneur.

Reports may relate to:

  • Profiles or accounts
  • Messages or communications
  • Images or videos
  • Comments or other user-generated content
  • Suspected grooming or exploitation
  • Any content or behavior that may endanger a child

When submitting a report, users should provide relevant information such as the username, profile, content location, URL, or description of the concern where available.

Please do not send or redistribute CSAM or other illegal material by email. Where possible, provide identifying information such as the relevant account, profile, or content location so that we can investigate safely.

How We Respond to Reports

Womenpreneur Middle East and Firstread Media LLC take reports involving child safety seriously.

When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may:

  1. Review the reported content, account, or activity.
  2. Remove or restrict content that violates these standards.
  3. Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.
  4. Preserve relevant information or evidence where legally required.
  5. Escalate matters internally for appropriate enforcement and review.
  6. Report confirmed or suspected illegal activity to relevant law enforcement, child-protection authorities, or other competent authorities where required or appropriate.

We do not knowingly permit the use of Womenpreneur to create, upload, distribute, request, or facilitate CSAM or other content that sexually exploits or abuses children.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Womenpreneur prohibits all CSAM.

If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on the platform, we will take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law, including removing or restricting the material and taking action against associated accounts.

Where required by applicable law, we will report confirmed CSAM or other qualifying child-exploitation activity to the relevant authorities or designated reporting organizations.

Firstread Media LLC, the operator of Womenpreneur, has designated a Child Safety Point of Contact to receive child-safety reports and potential notifications relating to CSAE or CSAM.

The Child Safety Point of Contact is responsible for receiving and coordinating responses to child-safety concerns and can communicate with relevant teams regarding enforcement, investigation, and appropriate action.

Community Standards

Womenpreneur is designed for professional networking, entrepreneurship, business education, events, and community engagement.

All users are expected to:

  • Treat other users respectfully.
  • Avoid harassment, abuse, exploitation, and threats.
  • Never upload, request, share, or distribute illegal or exploitative content.
  • Never use Womenpreneur to facilitate the abuse or exploitation of children.
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Enforcement

Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in:

  • Immediate removal or restriction of content.
  • Temporary suspension of an account.
  • Permanent termination of an account.
  • Restriction of platform access.
  • Preservation of relevant information where legally required.
  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

Womenpreneur Middle East and Firstread Media LLC may take additional measures where necessary to protect users and comply with applicable law.

Firstread Media LLC is committed to complying with applicable child-safety, child-protection, and online-safety laws and regulations.

We review and update these Child Safety Standards as necessary to maintain appropriate protections for children and to comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.
