- Delegate tickets are non-refundable.
- Sponsorships and exhibition bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- If Womenpreneur cancels an event, participants may receive a refund or transfer to a future event at our discretion.
Womenpreneur shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, or other incidental expenses.
6. Speaker Applications
Submitting a speaker application does not guarantee selection.
Speaker lineups are curated based on:
- relevance
- expertise
- diversity
- event objectives
- availability
Womenpreneur reserves final discretion regarding speaker selection.
7. Awards
Award applications and nominations do not guarantee selection or recognition.
Judging decisions are final.
No correspondence regarding judging decisions will be entertained.
8. Sponsorship & Partnership
Sponsor benefits become active only after:
- signed agreement
- receipt of agreed payment
Any customized deliverables must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
9. Media Features
Editorial inclusion is subject to review.
Womenpreneur reserves the right to edit submissions for:
- grammar
- clarity
- formatting
- publication standards
Publication timing is subject to editorial schedules.
10. Photography & Media Consent
By attending our events, you consent to photography, videography, audio recording, livestreaming, and media coverage.
Womenpreneur may use these materials for:
- marketing
- social media
- magazines
- websites
- promotional campaigns
- future events
If you do not wish to appear in media coverage, please notify us in writing before the event.
11. Intellectual Property

- branding

remain the intellectual property of Womenpreneur Middle East unless otherwise stated.

12. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

- impersonate another individual
- interfere with website operations
Womenpreneur may suspend access for violations.
